I'm not terribly social so I don't write a lot of comments on DA... Which is why I prefer to just favorite things on here that I like instead of commenting, because half the time I just can't really come up with anything to say. I don't expect anything in return for faves, I'm just glad people are willing to post their art in the first place. And while I suck at initiating conversations I'm more than happy to chat in comments or notes. I hardly ever update journal entries but I do try to check my account here at least a couple times a week.

So yeah finally done with Spring quarter, sort of have time to do more art now but not really because I bought myself a PS3 and I spend way too much time playing Little Big Planet. (I'm makesfive on PSN if anyone wants to play with me!) Been taking more pictures lately, although it's mostly of cookies. Not that taking pictures of cookies isn't fun, but I can't eat them and that kinda makes me sad. And hungry. Anyway! I totally never got around to doing anything for 1k pageviews. Chalk it up to laziness, lack of time or inspiration or a combo of all three. Getting close to 1500 though, so I guess I could do something for that. If you hit 150

Actually managing to update on LJ fairly frequently. [Still over at makesfive.livejournal.com btw] And started a Flickr account for just photos. Will be posting the best here most likely but I just got my first decent digital camera so I'm taking tons of pictures trying to learn what I can. It's a Canon A590, and I'm hoping eventually to learn how to shoot manually instead of using all the auto functions. Anyway it's over at flickr.com/photos/makesfive.
